Funky Buddha Brewery, located in Oakland Park, Florida, is seeking a full-time Packaging Lead to join its growing team. Established in 2010 at its Boca Raton brewpub, Funky Buddha is known for pushing the boundaries of traditional brewing methods with culinary-inspired recipes utilizing all-natural, food-centric ingredients. Some of its best-known beers include flagships Hop Gun IPA and Floridian Hefeweizen.  This fast-growing company is the first production brewery in the greater Fort Lauderdale area and the largest brewery in South Florida and is positioned for rapid expansion over the next few years.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on role requiring a self-starter who can independently manage and troubleshoot all IT-related functions for the organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing helpdesk support, user access management, systems administration, and general tech upkeep—ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities 

· Provide first-line support for employees on all technical issues (hardware, software, connectivity).

· Troubleshoot and resolve problems with office equipment including computers, printers, scanners, internet, and networking hardware.

· Manage cloud-based environments and user access (e.g., Microsoft 365, EKOS, etc.).

· Administer user accounts:

• Set up email and system access for new hires.
• Disable access and remove accounts for terminated employees.

· Maintain and improve building security access systems (badge access, door control software).

· Coordinate with third-party vendors or contractors as needed.

· Keep accurate documentation of procedures, systems, and user setups.

· Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

· Stay current on trends and technologies that may benefit the organization.

Qualifications

·       1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized business setting.

·       Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.

·       Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS tools.

·       Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls).

·       Ability to manage user permissions and access across multiple systems.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.

·       Ability to troubleshoot independently and escalate when necessary.

·       Experience with physical security/access control systems is a plus.
